1. Personal data we collect and how we collect it

We collect data only when a visitor takes one of the actions below. We do not collect it in any other case.

a. When you submit the consultation request form

• Required : name, contact number (mobile phone)
• Optional : treatment of interest, consent to receive event and offer information
• Collected automatically : the address of the page where the request was made, the display language, and the connecting IP address

b. When you tap a phone, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or Naver TalkTalk inquiry button

• Collected automatically : the type of inquiry channel, the position of the button, the page address, the display language, and the connecting IP address

Inquiry button records contain no name or contact number. We use them only to see which contact routes are actually used, so that we can improve how inquiries are handled.

c. Information generated automatically while you use the site

• Cookies, visit history, and page addresses viewed

2. Purposes of use

• Accepting consultation bookings and giving notice of appointment times
• Responding to inquiries and providing treatment related information
• Sending event and offer information, only to those who consented
• Site usage statistics and service improvement

We do not use collected personal data for any purpose beyond those listed above. If the purpose changes, we obtain consent again.

3. Retention period and destruction

• Retention period : one year from the date the consultation is completed
• If the data subject withdraws consent or requests deletion, we destroy the data without delay.
• Method of destruction : data stored as electronic files is permanently deleted in a manner that cannot be recovered.

Where another law imposes a retention obligation, we keep only the data concerned, stored separately, for that period.

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide collected personal data to third parties. We may do so only to the extent required when an investigative authority makes a lawful request under applicable law.

5. Entrustment of processing

We entrust processing to the company below in order to send consultation receipt notifications.

Our contract states that the processor may not use personal data for any purpose other than the entrusted work. If the terms of entrustment change, we will announce it through this policy.

6. Automatic collection tools and cookies

We use the tools below for site usage statistics and advertising performance measurement. These tools use cookies and device identifiers, and receive no name or contact number.

If you do not want cookies stored, you can block or delete them in your browser settings. Note that blocking cookies may stop some features from working correctly.

7. Rights of the data subject and how to exercise them

A data subject may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal data. Contact us below and we will act without delay and inform you of the outcome.

8. Measures to ensure security

• We keep the number of staff who can access personal data to a minimum and manage their access rights.
• Access to stored files is restricted, and administrator lookups are permitted only after authentication.
• Communication between the site and the server uses an encrypted connection.
